Palmieri Concepts evolved out of my enjoyment and love for motor vehicles and pets. I have enjoyed muscle cars since the 1970's and have always looked for ways to make mine stand out. Starting off by doing work for myself, spectators would ask "Who did the pictures?" I started to offer my services to other car owners and have leveraged my automotive knowledge and creativity to focus on the automotive area. This business grew out of a hobby that began 25 years ago with family and pet pictures and expanded as a way to share with others what I have done to display my own vehicles.
Jack's artistic talent first came to light when his father noticed the drawings Jack was doing after reading adventure books like, "Robinson Caruso" & "Mutiny on the Bounty". Jack would visualize the action and then set it to paper as a pencil drawing. That training and an obligatory class or two in high school was as much formal instruction Jack has been exposed to. The black & white drawings soon led to adding colors with colored pencils and watercolor from a Dime Store kit. The rest of the story, as they say, "is history." Jack never stopped drawing pictures of things he enjoyed; cars, boats & houses. When he was discharged from the U.S. Air Force he settled in San Francisco where he began a sales career with the A-M Corporation selling small offset printing presses. From selling presses he went on to owning & operating a small commercial print shop in Port Orchard, Washington. The now dormant artistic talent came into play as he would help his customers lay out their flyers, brochures and printed catalogs. This re-awakening of his drawing skills led to small sketch assignments for illustrating products, doing home renderings for real estate customers and eventually leading into a part-time career as a commercial artist. He is now doing business out of his home-based studio in Las Cruces, New Mexico as a full time illustrator of classic automobiles, stately homes and beautiful yachts.
Roger was born in England and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Trained as a commercial artist, he has worked as an illustrator for 20 years, and has received various awards for his work. Working in water colour, acrylic and pencil, his main area of interest is automotive portraits, including classic and custom cars, motorcycles, and all forms of auto racing. Roger’s originals and commissioned work, hang in collections across North America.

Collectable Diecast was started back in 1998 as zeekda3rd by Eli Strickland to make a few extra dollars to help support his ever-growing family. The majority of the business was on eBay.
